●Food Prep Cut, slice, dice vegetables Prepare salads Prepare entrees Prepare beverages from mixes Slice meats and cheeses using electric slicer Read and follow recipes Measure ingredients Prepare bakery items Organize and combine sandwich items
●Assist Chef and Cooks Prepare dishes for service Clean, sanitize, and organize work stations
●Meal Service Buffet & family style presentation Fill condiment containers
●Inventory Control Organize & clean kitchen & supply rooms Freezers & Refrigerators FiFO inventory method
●General Kitchen Maintenance Clean and sanitize work surfaces, counters, sinks, shelves, & equipment Sweep & Mop floors Wash service ware, cookware, & dishware |
